Hamilton, Bermuda – December 20, 2011 – Primus Guaranty, Ltd. (“Primus Guaranty” or “the Company”) today announced that, effective at the opening of trading, the Company’s common shares (“Shares”) will trade in the OTC Pink market under the ticker symbol PRSG and the Company’s 7% Senior Notes due 2036 (ISIN BMG724571150, CUSIP G72457115) (“Notes”) will trade over-thecounter with pricing information available under the TRACE bond symbol PRS.AD. Investors can find Real-Time Level 2 quotes and market information for the Company’s Shares on www.otcmarkets.com and pricing (expressed as percentage of the Notes’ $25 face value) and other information with respect to the Notes under the Market Data tab on www.finra.org/investors.
