Primus Financial Products, LLC (Primus Financial) is the Company’s credit protection business and operates as a Credit Derivative Product Company (CDPC). Primus Financial provides protection against the risk of default on primarily corporate and sovereign obligations through the sale of credit swaps to banks and dealers.

Primus’s asset management business manages private investment vehicles, including collateralized loan obligations (CLO) and synthetic collateralized swap obligations (CSO) for third parties.

Primus Guaranty, Ltd. is headquartered in Hamilton,Bermuda. Its principal operating subsidiaries are based in New York and the company also has a London office. The company trades on theNew York Stock Exchange (NYSE) under the ticker symbol 'PRS'.
