Affiliates

Primus Guaranty is the parent company of two operating companies. Primus Financial Products, LLC (Primus Financial) is the principal operating subsidiary of Primus Guaranty. Primus Financial is bankruptcy remote from its affiliated companies, and its obligations are not guaranteed by Primus Guaranty, Ltd. or any of its affiliated companies. Primus Asset Management, Inc. is a Delaware-based provider of operating services to the Primus Guaranty group, and the company manages the Primus Financial’s credit swap portfolio. Primus Asset Management contracts with all outside service providers and vendors on behalf of the Primus group. Primus Re, Ltd. is a Class-3 insurance company licensed in Bermuda. Primus Re's business strategy is to provide credit risk management solutions to both the insurance and swap markets. It is regulated by the Bermuda Monetary Authority.
